My friend doesn't know but any wall will do the trick.
He should have invested MY money into some driving lessons.

Sad news to me, the BB is one of my favorite Ferrari's. I can understand though how you're grinning 'bout it.

No pros that knows you would've taken his money.

Sounds like he was the kind of guy who would not have asked or have been receptive to any tips on how to drive, until it was too late... :D

The dip$h!t probably pulled the emblem off the front, too...

Sad for the car, glad the guy didn't get physically hurt, but a satisfactory outcome (so far) to bad situation that has suffered a long and tortuous path...

Holy****! The only thing missing is the spiderweb wind shield where his nose should have hit...time for a new insurance scam. I'm sure he tore up his back and neck-NOT! Next thing you know, he'll sue the guy that helped him. Happened to me once. It's amazing what people with no character will do-they simply will not take responsibility for their actions.

Yes... closure, for sure. Judging from the car's condition, the guy was fortunate not to have been hurt.

Chances are it's on a pick-up truck belonging to one of the junkyard's employees. ;)

This thread, by far, gets my vote for best thread of 2008/2009. The driver doesn't deserve to own a ferrari.

Hopefully he had a agreed value policy and he never upped it when boxers took off in price so maybe he had it insured for 60K :)

I woudn't be surprised if this was another one of his scams. Maybe he was trying to get out of the car just to get full value for it. His episode with Karl already showed insurance fraud, I feel this may be another scam.

Just read this whole thing. Wow. I have a black Boxer, so the photos were hard to take, but the awfulness of the guy driving it - provided he wasn't hurt seriously - seems a comeuppance for sure. Makes me wonder...

The suggestion of insurance fraud to the insurance company who'd also been abused in this saga, will likely not go over well with them. Interesting that Karl and the insurance company may BOTH be turning against this jerk off.

I don't bet, but if I'd did, I'd venture that Mr. Scam Man is going to be a 3 way loser: 1) Karl's legitimate claim, 2) The insurance company's refusal/denial/reinvestigation of past incidents, 3) His failure to insure at market value. (Gosh, a $130 battery got him riled; doubtful he'd have volunteered for a rate increase.)

This is getting better and better. Karl, I don't know you, but judging by your supporters and posts before this incident, I wish you the very best.

Karma is a wonderful thing sometimes.

Imagine how this ***** will feel paying for work that was done on a car that is now totaled...

Don't let up the pressure Karl - get what is owed to you.

A shame about that new battery...

And IF the Pcar guy "shows up" with confirmation of Street Racing, the insurance company will no doubt be interested as well as maybe Local Law Enforcement??????

    Just sayin...........

A sad end to the machine though........hand me a sawzall I see some Good Stuff left!

A guy in the UK needed the rear clip.

Any updates on the small claims court? I'd love to see him have to pay you after he totaled his car. :D
