Pursang will make you any tipo you want. There is also the issues of "real" cars that were built up from a handful of spare parts, where 90% of the car is recreated. Bugs have always been worth a lot of money, so the recreation industry is well established, particularly in the UK. Things that were unique to Bugatti, such as the hollow front axle, are now available off the shelf. Of course, all the owners of the recreations will swear that their car is real. Old racing cars are a particular minefield because they were crashed and rebuilt so many times in period.
