I'd be hard pressed to think I would have kept it classy for such a rude comment.

I for one grew tired of Mr. Costa trying to shove his beliefs down my throat when I would be watching a sporting event. If he is on, I turn the channel. I don't even care what he has to say. At one time he was one of the best so I find it sad that he feels the need to do that stuff.

The article Ace linked was 100% NFL and CTE/concussion. I have no problem with him holding the league's feet to the fire because the evidence seems solid. And, the NFL did try to deny it for the longest time. As to politics, you may be right, don't watch NFL on TV that much, so I can't say...T

When you're on a pre-game show for football, you talk football. The people that don't believe in or don't agree with the NFL aren't the ones watching. He did it to himself. Take a look at what happened to ESPN when they tried to politicize sports, especially the NFL with Colin Kaepernick...ratings tanked and they had to redo a lot of their programming.

Spot on. If these nitwits want to tell their version of the “truth,” they should put it on YouTube, where of course nobody will watch it.

    'Cinderella'..
To me, that is a team few people expect to get to the playoffs.
Folks that picked Kansas City or Dallas - pick again.

My pick for 'Cinderella' in 2019 is.... Cleveland in the AFC, the Giants in the NFC.

Every team has the ability to hire the right staff and sign the right players.
What was the record of this team in the 60's, 70's, and early 80's? Even the 90's?

It will take a lot of money to buy out the wal-mart guy (Rams owner)

Nick is a good QB ala Alex Smith, Nick Foles, Carson Palmer, Stafford, Case Keenum.
Not flashy - has some good games - will not be one with earth-shattering statistics.
    Dare I say 'game manager'?
When it comes right down to it, thinking about it, Tom Brady is the ultimate 'game manager'.

His stance on CTE and the NFL.

I kinda agree, you can see he really loved baseball, and he really disliked football just by watching his mannerisms during a football game.

I don't think he gave a damn about 'doing it to himself', he was on a high horse, had made his money,
can now choose to do whatever he wants, which will be baseball once in awhile like Vin Scully did at
    the end of his career.

He might have two boats. That photo in your link is apparently taken in Florida. He did have a boat in Martha's Vineyard. I saw it once and I think it was a little bigger than the one pictured.

Unbeliveable for Hop to not have dropped a pass, especially with all of his how the hell did he make that catch catch. I hope he, Fuller and Coutee can remain healthy all season this year.

Me too, but unfortunately, history (for a WR and RB) shows once you get injured for any real length of time,
you usually get injured every season and miss a few games in the following seasons.

Forget all the next gen stats or not, Nuk is pretty special. I was listening to that game against Fins in which he made that one hand grab. It was insane!

That yacht is made by Oceanco. I love their designs. Alfa Nero is one of my favorites. That one is Project Bravo. Steven Spielberg has one, Seven Seas, but it's more "normal" looking if that is a thing lol.

Broncos trade for Joe Flacco. What's the difference between him and Case Keenum?

Flacco is now Matt Schaub, the other is a solid backup that can win you games. I would put more stock in Keenum at this point though.

Did they do that? I haven't seen anything about that.

Edit: Found it, not only does that look bad for the league but to me it also looks bad on Kap. I thought he was trying to make a point not cash in. Guess I was wrong.
