I've heard some talk about that. It seems if the player doesn't report it to the training staff, and/or seeks treatment outside of the team staff, it does not have to be reported. I just thought it was so suspicious the way they talked him up when he hardly played in the last game.
Hard pressed to believe that they didn't know if it was indeed an injury. Especially a serious one. Oh well. Water under the bridge. Time to start the NFL 2019 thread! T
Which is why it makes no sense. If a player doesn't mention an injury then they're going to keep playing them as intended. They know something.
