Here is an excerpt from the email that was sent out to the Triangle group:

We will be gathering on Saturday, January 5th and taking a trip down to Pinehurst. This event is being put together with other Italian sportscar groups around the state. We are in contact with the Charlotte Area Ferrari Enthusiasts as well as the North Carolina chapter of the Ferrari Club of America in attempt to bring enthusiasts from all over North Carolina together. We will be gathering at the Porsche/Jaguar/Audi dealership in the Cary Auto Park at 8:30 AM on the 5th. We will leave from there and head to Pinehurst, with the intention of arriving around 10 AM. Following lunch, we will head over to Mini Pines putt putt and go karts and duke it out on the track. Once everyone is sufficiently worn out, we'll make the trek home.

We'd like to work with the Pinehurst staff so that they can accommodate us as a group. As a result, we ask that everyone please RSVP to this event by December 30th.

 

I would try to make it up there if I had a car worthy of going, but since I don't I will probably be DDing for a couple of my buds.

Any of the CAFE folks going to attend? We've got people coming from the Triangle, Triad, and the coast.

 

Sounds like a good time to me. Susan and I will plan to go. I've got something new to bring.

My wife will probably pilot the Ferrari since she can get us there a lot quicker than I can!

My wife and I will be there. We just got the car back after 2 months service. I'll use any excuse for a drive.

 

I would imagine that Matt is coming. By the end of the weekend I'll let you know how many have RSVP'd on the Triangle list.

 

Weather permitting, we will be there (2 people). Look forward to seeing everyone
