    I was curious if anyone has purchased or is planning to purchase a unit at the exclusive The Motor Enclave being built in Tampa, Florida.

    The issue I saw with Paddock 1 is that it’s just a garage. The Motor Enclave seems to bring a lot more of a full scale complex with track, pads, pool, off-road, etc.

    Will be interesting to see if it ever gets off the ground. This isn’t the first time this has been tried and with the others people lost money. Good luck if your part of the project and I hope it succeeds.
