Working on having the August lunch in Beverly Hills for a change of pace. Maybe we can get a better turn out if we have the location more central than the drive up the coast to Malibu. More to come on the Beverly Hills location soon. Those who enjoy the Malibu drive don't fret, it will be back in September with a new lunch location.
Xena is working on setting up lunch in Beverly Hills for August 28th at Caffe Roma. They reportedly have some parking for us. This should all be confirmed by next week. Maybe we will have a better turn out with a more central location this month instead of the drive.
I spoke to Emanuel, the manager at Cafe Roma Beverly Hills, and he said Aug 28th is good. I will go and check the parking and take pictures for you. Xena
OK, we are trying something different this month. Instead of the usual drive to Malibu (which will return next month) we thought that we would try a lunch spot in Beverly Hills to allow all of those east of the 405 to join us rather than just looks at the posts. So lets get this going: West LA area Ferrari Lunch @ 1:00 on August 28th: Cafe Roma - Beverly Hills 350 N Cañon Dr Beverly Hills, CA 90210 We have been told that there is some parking available and that will be confirmed. Let's get the list going so we know how many spots to reserve: 1. TrojanFan + 1 2.
Bumping again. Does anyone West of the 405 want to drive in together? Maybe a 12:30 meet up somewhere?
Count me in too... 1.Trojanfan +1 2. Supercar Ace 3. Xena 4. FastRed 5. Shawdut 6. Formula1r 7. Jippiejake I'm heading in from Venice Beach if anyone wants to follow along?
There is a self park lot next door to the restaurant. Its a pay lot (not owned by the restaurant). Xena has met with them to discuss holding 10 spots for us on Friday. Cost for a spot in the lot is $10.00. Not saying that there won't be more available but that is what they said they would hold. Structures are usually available but not the best for an F Car.
Very true. We can just meet up at the restaurant. Thanks for setting it up! I'll be bringing the M3 so parking that makes life easy
Can you confirm the location of the parking lot? Is it the one accessed off the alley behind the restaurant?
