Theres a place in Orlando called Skycraft who may have those parts. They have the most amazing things in that place. http://www.skycraftsurplus.com/
Believe it or not we are still working on this. The major circuits of the fusebox circuit board are now in the cad/cam system. However we have hit an impass. We have tracked down all leads on the pins but have not found a replacement. Without the pins we can not produce a drop in replacement for the fuse box. We will keep trying but hopes are dimming. Doug
what about getting them die stamped out of copper? have you tried electrical/hobby message boards, maybe someone there might know? i'll do some prelim searching and see if i can track down any.
quick searching here are some links.. http://kinsun.manufacturer.globalsources.com/si/6008800050927/Homepage.htm http://dcchapters.ipc.org/html/assemlinks.htm#supply looks like its considered a terminal, might help in sourcing it.

Hi Scott, We looked at having them stamped but the minimum qty and the price was very expensive. We'll keep trying. I'm not ready to give up just yet. Thanks, Doug
Doug and Pat, I am looking for a cheeper and easier method, then old stamping. The brass will run $ 32.00 (0.05" thick) The CNC lazer cutting, I'll get back to you next week,,,,,I have a buddy..... etc. (wink) Can, I get a nice price on one of those box's if i can do this. (cheep)..? I am AutoCAD-ing the Connector now.
it is metric,,, thus, unobtainable,,, Unless you are on that Hero's show. (time travel to 1979 anyone?)
OK, I am showing my ignorance here, but what exactly is this pin used for? What does it connect to what? How many of them are needed for each car?
Doug and Pat, I put in a request for 800 Connector pins. (I think we can get that from a 12" X 12" sheet of .05" brass.) Nathan, These are the male terminals on the board itself. The wires from the harness connect to these. If we went with ISO connectors, the harness would have to have new lugs installed. I have a 1981 Euro Mondial, my fuse box is among the worst.... All help is appreciated. ciao, Edwardo
I am right there with you on the 1981 euro! If these connectors turn out to be impossible to source for a reasonable price, I think the best thing would be to use ISO connectors and just swap out the leads on the wiring harness. I wouldn't mind swapping out plugs on the harness at all if it meant getting rid of the crappy factory fusebox! Oh, and count me in for one fusebox when these start rolling off the line!
how's the progress looking? at the rate that my box is failing i'm going to have to rename the mondi Christine! the fan operates key on or off now completely on it's own, so now i have a volt leak, and the auto door locks work again. the cabin fan refuses to work along with the A/C so i'm driving around in a mobile sweat tank, add fish and I can charge admission! the wiper motors don't move, etc... hey at least she starts and stops for now :0
Looking forward to an upgraded fusebox. I still think sometimes of going all out and doing a mil-spec hardwired aviation type box with Cannon plug connectors and circuit breakers and just be done with it forever - anyone else? How hard would it be?
Just to keep this in perspective, here is the cost of a NEW stock fusebox: My board is starting leak - I'm cheering the upgrade replacement guys on!
Hi all, Just got back in town and saw the activity on this thread. Quick update - The project stalled due to lack of sourcing for the pin. Hopefully Edwardo has solved our problem!!! I'll put Jeff in touch with Edwardo to see if this will work. Let's keep our fingers crossed!!!! If we start making progress I'll post updates and update the list of those who have expressed interest. Doug
I'm going to need one of these as well. Everything seems to be working but at some point, a previous owner epoxied a Euro-style fuse (and a fuse with the wrong Amperage rating as well!) into the holder for the fuel pump. I'd like to fix that before something causes the fuel pump to blow that epoxied fuse... Bob
