The Mini Delta P3 is the best 1/12 scale resin curbside Ferrari model ever made!!! Rumor is that Profil 24 will do the early Maserati 151 from 1962-63 Lemans. They are also working on the Porsche 550 coupe, all in 1/24th scale. TT/SD
+1 Patrick Badot mailed me theyre releasing a Jaguar D type by the end of the year. After that they will be making a P3 spider and........a 412P in 1:12! I can't wait and preordered right the way!
Hello fellow modellers, the best Model of the 330 P4 in 1:12 scale already exists. It is the Model made by Joel Fumey of Ultimate road &racing models. He has access to the Bardinon Ferraris and made the model after mesurements of his car. He also made a very nice Dino 206 S in 1:12 scale.
I know the dino, its great, is there any info on the P4? Patrice de Conto is the creator of the Minidelta 1:12 and larger scales, there is a 1:8 P4 made, but not as a kit.
Hi and welcome, I know about the Ultimate P4 as I already have it. I also have the 206S. It was very very hard to get the model as MAFMA was the only one I had seen that had the kits to sell. Others have listed it but could not get them. It is well done. Comparing Joel to Patrice, they are both top class, but Patrice makes better kits. He adds alot of extra parts for detail compared to the Fumey kits. They both are artists with a superb eye for the shape of the cars. Here are a few non Ferrari 1/43rd F1 kits coming soon from Tameo/Silverline: Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Akist, I hope you stick around as we are trying to showcase fine scale models in all scales in this thread. I think car model building is coming back again. I produce kits from a company called Scale Designs. Best, Tom Tanner/Scale Designs
I finally received my Hirossi Lamborghini Jota kit from Japan. It is in 1/24th scale resin and was mastered by Model Factory Hiro. Its pretty hard to find. You will have to order it from Japan direct. Below that is a Uracco Bob 1/24th resin model scratchbuild done with Hirossi help. They may make a kit of the P250 someday. Hi Tom, thanks for the friendly welcome. I agree totally with your opinion about Joel and Patric as I know both personally. In order to get the Ultimate models, I travelled to France, but it was worth it. If the attachment works, you find a picture of the Ultimate P4. Is this thread for comercial kits only or also for high- end one-offs? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Its for new kits, but you can post a few high end builds if you would like. We have several other threads that also have super detail builds. I first met moriaan1 posting his Mini Delta kit photos on one of those threads. Keep building quality models!! Best, Tom Tanner/Scale Designs
Does anybody know the P4 By Joel fumey is still available as a kit, and where? I have a 1:12 P4 by MG, its reasonable and has enginedetail, compared to the Minidelta it looks quite toyisch. Casting and shape need a shipload of work to make it look real. I have seen several models by Patrice de Conto, I collected my P3 at Minidelta last year, and Patrick Badot had a few to view for me. Mindblowingly realistic! I haven't seen any Fumey models in person, if the appearance is similar to the ones I saw at Minidelta, I would like to get a P4 as a replacement for the MG. Made some progress on the P3 lately.. Hans Image Unavailable, Please Login

Only Yow Model makes the Birdcage in kit form so far. They are very rare. You could try Raccoon models in Japan to see if they can get one. They are expensive kits. TT/SD
