F8 New car - SiriusXM trial 12 or 3 months?

I tried asking this in the general forum, but didn’t get much traction there, hoping maybe more of the newly delivered owners are here…

For those in the US, after delivery if you activated the satellite radio trial, did you get a 12 month trial or only 3 months? The pamphlet that came with my F8 said 12 months.

I couldn’t activate my radio online, had to call and they had to do some manual stuff to find it, and only gave me a 3 month trial and said I’d need to contact the dealer. I’ve inquired with my dealer but doesn’t seem like something they’ve dealt with before. I’ve never had this happen before with other new cars and trial subscriptions.

So I’m wondering if other new owners got 12 or 3 months. Just trying to figure out if my situation is an anomaly. Either my car subscription was set up wrong, or the other possibility is we only get a 3 month trial now and the pamphlet/website is outdated.
