I'm looking for a Colorado shop that can install my Fabspeed headers and Hyper-Flow sport cats. Anyone have a recommendation?

    On what car?

S-Line (Dave 'Tufty' Jones) just installed Novitec springs on mine and I'll have him to install Fabspeed headers, high-flow cats and custom exhaust soon.
He also worked on Ryan's F40 and their S-Line Scuderia x-pipe is well known.

    It's for my 360 Spider.

Concourse quoted me $3k, because they have only done a coupe....and were not sure on how long it would take.

Mondino Imports would be another option for a quote in your city.

I doubt you would get Dave to install Fabspeed on his tractor, much less a customer's Ferrari.

Did you mean Concours when you wrote "Concourse"? or is it a different place?

I know that Dave has had a close relationship with Troy at Hyper-Flow, and even "field tested" the prototypes as he was developing the cats for the F40.

I love my Hyper-Flows, and bought them on Dave's recommendation.

So, I'm guessing that you're saying that Dave is a Hyper-Flow guy and wouldn't want to mess with their competitors?

When I recommended his shop, that did not occur to me. I simply suggest Scuderia Rampante to every Ferrari owner who asks, just because IMO it's the best in the business. AFAIK, Dave might suggest strongly what he thinks is the best option, but I don't imagine he would refuse to install what the customer wants. . . maybe I'm wrong?

Dave, haven't seen you on here for awhile, but if you're out there, maybe you'd address this question. . .

Personally, I don't know if there's any significant difference between Hyper-Flow and Fabspeed with regard to quality, longevity, or effectiveness. May be a topic for another thread.

Sorry if I've stepped on anyone's toes here; that was certainly not my intent.

There are many garages that will not install customer's parts...

Or will not guarantee anything if they do.

Don't know about any of the above.

    FWIW.

If you bring it all down to Parker, I'll help you install them free of charge. Well unless you count beer. :)

Exhaust systems are typically one of the easiest things for us shade tree mechanics. The only complication would be if there was was an issue with the stock mounting.

Fwiw I do like the folks at Concours, they'll probably even let you watch them do the work and ask questions if you asked nicely.

Hyperflow, yes. Other aftermarket exhaust stuff, not so much. Fit issues and quality, much of which I've seen first hand in his shop.

Not sure if you've already gotten this done, but my offer still stands to help you do it. I wanted to catch up with you at Automezzi (not sure if you were there), but it didn't happen unfortunately.

Anyway if you want to meet up some time and talk about it I'd be happy to.

I totally overlooked your post. Thanks so much for the offer, but FOD gave me a pretty good price for install, so I think I will go with them. That way, if there is a problem with the install, or if the car "codes" they will be able to address that. I am just waiting till fall or so, when they are not as back logged (hopefully).

Concours did great work on my 348, very detail oriented, and always took the time to explain in detail what they were doing.

Regardless, if we ever meet up, I definitely owe you a beer for the kind offer! Much appreciated.

I'm sure FOD will do a great job. I'd be interested to hear about the results with the new exhaust.

Hopefully we can meetup sometime before snow flies. Cheers.

FOD installed my free flow cats and Nouvalari exhaust. They did a nice job.
