    Just inherited a '72 Camaro that's been in a shed and buried under a pile of junk for the last twenty years. Would like to get it restored to mint condition. Who is the best at this in the Tri-State area? Figure this forum would have some good idea. Thanks

    My P-mechanic restored my buddy's 74 Camaro last year. Gene Kirschner. He's got a small shop at Gladstone NJ. I've used him for over 10 years for track and drivers. Honest guy - tells you what you need and those you don't or can wait. He won't do a concours finish, but engine and drivetrain would be his wheelhouse. Get finish done elsewhere though he can surely install new seats and trim for you.
