Hey. I was just digging through the Arizona spotters thread and ran across a picture of a white 458 with a matte black roof that had Nebraska plates. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?p=140380480#post140380480
I spoke too soon, I saw a red 458 today, you get three guesses as to which street it was on, and the first two guesses don't count.
I know that P.J. had his 458 in AZ over the winter but I'm pretty sure his is solid white. Highly unlikely, but I suppose there could be two in AZ with Nebraska plates.
Hell, I'm not sure it was a 458, I was only behind it, that's the only angle I saw. After looking around a bit, it was not a 458, I think it was a 430...... maybe. I know it was NOT a 308, 328, 348, 355, 360, 512, TR, BB, 550, 599, F40, F50, Enzo, 612, Mondial, and it was pretty new, so that only leaves a 430 and a 458, basically. And it was not a coupe.
No, this was in Nebraska.... (LOL) Spyder............ Oh wait - we're in the backwards midwest - it was a convertible.
Red F430 coupe on 96th & Dodge heading west around 6:45pm tonight. Also today was a Gray ZR1 four houses down from my place.
I have tomorrow off and will be taking the 355 out for some exercise! I gotta be down in Old Market at 3 to meet someone for coffee but that's about it. What's everyone doing tomorrow?
You don't understand. M-F - 40+ hours. Every other weekend I have to commit to 2+ hours from noon to 2pm, both days, this means every other weekend I cannot go anywhere or do anything if I cannot be home or in the office during that timeframe. On top of that I cannot venture more than about an hour away as I also have the pager for things that fall outside the noon-2pm time slot. If I go to Lincoln or Des Moines and get paged, I have to fix whatever is broken, so I have to be sure I can do that remotely OR I can find a co-worker to do it for me (and almost nobody answers their phone calls from co-workers - nobody wants to get sucked into a problem that may last 10 hours). TB knows what I mean. I can't go golf at 9-10 am, I cannot meet anyone for lunch, I can't attend any events, I can't do anything in that noon-2pm time frame. Am I complaining? No. Venting-yes, complaining-no. So today, I am working on one session, and I am HERE posting this on another. Yeah, it's nice to be able to do that, but still, I'm tied to a computer, working. Better that than be unemployed, so I won't complain.
