NC FCA Schedule 2015

• Jan 3rd New Year’s Drive, Lunch, and Tour- Rally, Mystery Brewing Company tour, and lunch at Hillsborough BBQ. See the "FCA & Triangle Italians New Years Drive; Saturday, January 3rd" post for full details

• Feb 21st Enzo Birthday Dinner- Come join us for dinner in Raleigh, NC as we do our annual Enzo birthday celebration. Restaurant and event details to follow. This will be a pay as you go event.

• March 9th & 10th VIR Track Event- Come join us for 2 days of fun on-track and off at one of the Southeast’s premiere tracks. We have the Full course both days. For more details contact Jim Meek at [email protected]

• March 21st Cars & Coffee Drive & Lunch- We’ll meet at Cars & Coffee take a nice drive and end up stopping for a nice lunch.

• April 23rd - 26th Kiawah Resort Weekend Getaway- Come join us as we venture to one of the prettiest towns in the Southeast. Last year’s event was so popular that we decided to stick with the extra day format. We will start on Thursday evening so we all have more time to enjoy Kiawah and the wonderful city of Charleston. • May 2nd- 4th Pinehurst Concours d’Elegance- Pinehurst blends the history, heritage and grandeur from three of North Carolina’s proudest traditions – motorsports, golf and military – in a unique celebration of America’s passion for the automobile. Come enter your vehicle in the concour or just enjoy the others that are there. We will be cheering on many of our fellow members as they display their cars.

• May 23rd- 24th Coach I Memorial- This is a great annual event in Greenville, SC put on by Julie Ibraham. It is a great gathering of Ferrari enthusiasts.

• June 13th Drive & Lunch- We’ll meet at a defined location, take a nice drive, and end up stopping for a nice lunch.

• June 20th- 21st Coppa Costa- Details to follow.

• July 30th –Aug 2nd (Thu-Sun) Southeast Regional Mountain Trip- Once again we are going to meet in a central location with our Ferrari friends from Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama. Once again we will be staying at the world famous Biltmore Estate. We plan for this to be the premier event of our Southeast Region’s calendar and hope that you’ll come cool off with us at the higher altitude.

• August 16th – 19th Ferrari Club of America National Meet- This year’s event is held at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa in Monterey, CA. The event includes a concours and track days at the Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway. For more information go to 2015 Ferrari Club of America International Meet.

• August 23rd Tudor Race at Virginia International Raceway- Join us track side as we cheer on the Ferrari teams as they make another stop at VIR.

• Sept 6th Italian Grand Prix Breakfast and Viewing- It has been a few years since we had the opportunity to enjoyed the hospitality of Steve Barney and the crew at Sport Auto in Summerfield, NC but this year it is back. Please join us as we get together to watch the Italian Grand Prix viewing and enjoy some of those delicious crepes.

• Sept 19th- 20th Coppa Alpina (SE Region Event)- 2012 was the inaugural event. Much like the annual mountain trip, the Coppa Alpina is a weekend getaway to enjoy some great food, fine wine and of course some of the best driving roads in the Southeast.

• December 5th (Sat) FCA Christmas Party- TBD

 

No problem guys. I just hope you keep attending events and enjoying them.

 

We tried hard to get later dates with VIR but nothing that would fit and not interfere with other regional events. The track for two days is very full and the only dates we had were March 9 &10 or mid-November. I'd love to do mid-summer or on a weekend but it is hard to cover the cost and fit it in. We will be doing a Roebling Road event October 10 & 11. Details to follow.
