Not bad, make sure they go with class-II perm as backfill instead of 3/4" drain with fabric (I've seen the fabric fail.)

Also have 'em waterPROOF the walls behind the miridrain, or else you'll get seepage.

    Can't wait to see more!

OMG you actually have this kind of land available in the bay area????

I'd hate to see what property tax bill comes to on a place like this - WOWZERS! :)

Wow, a lot of off-haul! I assume the City Fathers (or Muthas) made you incur this expense to keep the profile low? Remember, it's not the structure, it's the contents that make the perfect garage :)

The only way to build north of Cupertino is underground as they don't want you to obstruct the view of your fellow neighbors..

The new pic is much clearer. It appears that the whole length of your lot is shored? That's going to be some wall. How are relations with your neighbor?

Nieghbors, how is the relationship with the concrete company? Make sure you get local concrete not that junk from China, yes they import concrete from China.

steel is also imported from China. It is not crap stuff either. They will be using a majority of their resources to build olympic city. So the prices for steel will go up significantly to about 75% of some items like nails  , and no I'm not kidding
So good to get most of the build done before that happens MTK ;)
