Getting the mail has never been more enjoyable now that I get to walk back to the garage and realize what I have. Such a good complement to each other, you can tell they are related but serve a vastly different purpose. The 430 turns in with a wail, a grunt, a shudder, and absolute precision. The Lusso feels effortless, it’s quiet, smooth, precise and can follow almost the same line. The 430 feels more focused in the moment and the Lusso gives the impression its multitasking. What surprised me the most is not the utility of the Lusso T, but the speed. It sneaks up on you. The F430 gives plenty of warning it’s going fast, and with rowing the gears manually you have to exert physical effort to do it. The Lusso is so easy, a little ankle lean in and a flick of a finger and I’m watching 3 significant digits of speeds rolling on the dash in what feels like an instant. I have the same exact sentiments when getting the mail. I get the look at the Lusso and the Pista, and it always gives me a tiny moment of pause to appreciate what is sitting there in the garage. We should all be so lucky as to be able to just have one of these amazing machines that are designed and built with so much passion and care.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who gets satisfaction with garage tours. My wife will send me there when I’m in a bad mood to come back happy. Image Unavailable, Please Login The 430 is a little hard to sit in up there. Haven’t wanted to out the F8 up yet.
430 and an F8... curious as to why you have 2 V8 coupes. 430 a stick? Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
