Very nice indeed. Where is it? What's the view like during the day? TV seems a bit small? That big rectangle behind the curtain, is it a partition? Column? Furniture and colour scheme is very relaxing and just awesome.
This is in Atlanta believe it or not. TV looks small because the wood panel near it is actually a door to the guest bedroom. Even still I will add a larger TV soon. The AV guys also screwed up the speakers. They aren't supposed to be so noticeable. The curtain is covering a column. I'll post another pic so you can see what I mean.
looks great. with new construction, if you get 90% of what you think you will be getting, consider yourself lucky.

The flooring is the same throughout the whole condo. It's Italian tile made by Florim. Looks like wood. I wanted it laid staggered like real hardwood but because the planks were so long they worried about cracking so they laid them side by side to they could have expansion joints. For those interested in renovations and design........ It's a mother****er. Wanting and getting are 2 different things. This renovation was supposed to take 4-6 months and it took 1.5 years. Hindsight it isn't worth the sleep you lose.
i would uncover the columns. leave them raw. they can become a design element. or, put mirror on them. the drapes look out of place.
Perhaps the pictures don't do them justice? A lot of people have looked at the place and photographed it and nobody has suggested this. If it were a loft I would agree. It's not a loft. The other option I think would be to tile them in glass. Mirrors are too 1990's. The nice thing is I can always remove the drapes and do whatever.
I don't like the drapes either...too girly in what is quite a masculine place. I would put concrete elements on the columns and give them texture, perhaps a small, very low profile piece of sculpture or design that doesn't protrude more than 3 inches at its fattest. Or a lamp that comes out of the column. I don't know, something, but the curtains look out of place to me too, especially since they intrude into the space a fair amount and are visually demanding significant attention. It does not blend well with the rest of your smooth and modern minimalist surfaces. Personally, I would put a bright red Ducati fuel tank (or a section of it), or an F1 nosecone on the bare column. Then on one side, I would have a nice piece of artwork, and on the other, perhaps a shelf with a book or two and a small bust. Of Yoda, of course. If you stick with the draps, perhaps a different, more subdued colour?
the raw column would speak for itself as a structural element. it doesnt need to draw attention to itself. just like a light switch, its noticed, processed then forgotten. ed
These are all great ideas. As for "girly"….. I agree. No doubt I have the "gayest" condo in Atlanta. But it wasn't totally under my control. These things take a life of their own.
No TV behind the mirror. Those mirrors are built in, lighted and mirrored on the inside medicine cabinets. http://www.robern.com/product/collection/detail.rbn?collection=m_series . Keeps clutter to a minimum. Lot's of stuff in the condo is behind hidden doors. All the cabinets in the kitchen are motorized. Just touch and they open. That white panel behind the kitchen sink slides up to reveal paper towel holders, spice rack, wine bottle and glass storage, 110V outlets, everything. Closed it looks like nothing is there. The goal was to have nothing on the counters.
Do you have two separate showers? Or is one a closet? Hope you got dual shower heads. Rainheads are nice too. As are steam/spa built-ins. Nice pad. Show us the motorized thingamajigs, and the cabinet behind the sink. How about a video tour...given by a curvy attractive someone with a Georgia drawl?
