VERY cool! Did you sculpt and paint all of those? I used to paint models when I was younger. Still have most of 'em. I can certainly appreciate the work that went into those.
Thanks guys. I had a decent size staff of sculptors, moldmakers, painters but the majority of the work I posted were pieces I did 80-100% myself. For the special effects/prosthetic work posted I did all of it 100%.

I owned a pretty well known special fx company through the 90's. Sold it to my partner in 2001 when I got into toys. Went 6 years without doing fx and realized I missed it. So now I have a new FX company and a new toy company. My IMDB if interested http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0531218/

You know Ive only ever had one business idea fail on me and you just reminded me of it. Many years ago, I put ads in Robb Report and a couple other magazines offering custom halloween costumes to the well heeled. I got dozens of calls but no one would ever pull the trigger. Even had one guy say he wanted me to completely deck out his yacht for a party. I was a bit surprised that no one bit because I thought there had to be people out there that would be willing to spend $20k+ for something custom made that would make them the center of attention at the Halloween parties. I think I blew $15k on ads and literally had zero revenue.
Nope. Ive been out of fx since 2001. I only recently started the new fx company a few months ago. Thanks for the kind words.
I would think that some of your concepts could be licensed and marketed at a lower price point. Or is the devil in the details? .
