    Urotrash has posted something down in the Cars, Planes, etc forum that's caused me to go on a maddening thirty minute search for answers, which has gotten me nowhere.

    There's an RV shown giving birth to a MB SLK, which led me to wonder, what was the smallest production Ferrari ever?

    The smallest I've been able to find was the 250 SWB California Spider, but there are no definitive tables of the length/width/height of all production Ferraris that I've found.

    MB SLK (for comparison):
    Length 4087 mm (160.7 in)
    Width 1788 mm (70.4 in)
    Height 1298 mm (51.1 in)
    Curb weight 1495 kg (3300 lb)

    250 SWB California Spyder:
    Length 4200 mm (165.4 in)
    Width 1720 mm (67.7 in)
    Height 1370 mm (53.9 in)
    Weight 1200 kilo / 2645.5 lbs

    Dino height is 44.1 inches, although we know it is reportedly, almost a Ferrari.

    Off topic, I was surprised to read in a road test the Lotus Elise is 50 inches tall, basically an SUV compared to the 206/246/308/328.

    It's definitely not that tall. Off the top of my head I'd guess 44 or 45. A Miata is 48 or 49 inches tall as a comparison.

    The 166 MM is 142" long and 42" high, per the Road and Track classic test. Of course, it's a roadster, so that might be an unfair advantage in terms of height

    These are both pretty compacted Ferraris. Ok - sorry..... sad to see Ferraris like this I know. But too big of an opening not to take! PS - guys in TR escaped with minor injuries. I suspect driver of the 275 escaped without serious injury also.

    Too much time on my hands waiting for my new lift and parts so I can start my 348 major. ;)

    the 84 Fiero was 160.7" long, 46.9" high, per Motor Trend. I had one. I don't have the 88 numbers handy (had one of those too), but they were similar. Noses varied shightly with year and model. It was based on the 308's layout, wheelbase and track were almost identical, but it had almost 3" more ground clearance and a smaller rear overhang. Of course, many owners "cured" their cars of the excessive ground clearance :)

    The little 500 PF coupes are pretty small.
    When you see a 166MM or 250MM I don't think wow small. With the 500 PF that was exactly my first reaction.

    That doesn't sound right. I parked my 308 next to a Lotus just last Saturday, and my Ferrari looked monstrous next to it.
