Mondial T Maintenance

The 3.4 liter engine is the same configuration as the 348, so maintenance could be very similar for the two versions.

I have heard rumblings that some of the Mondial cabs have an access hole between the rear seats that can be used for a "engine in" belt service though.

With that said I personally do not think that a Mondial T is "high maintenance" anyhow. Sure you should do a belt service now & then like most any Ferrari, but cripes, the car is worth the effort and expense.

The rest of the time they can be just "gas & go" great cars.

My 89t has an access hole.... you'd need awful small hands to do a belt change in there though, but in combination with access from below, it may be enough.
