    Interesting article on this rare early '70's 'Italian-American' hybrid in the April issue of Classic & Sportscar magazine. The car featured (see photo) belongs to the man who originally dreamed up the idea of constructing them - Peter Kalikow of New York (in fact, according to the article he owns 2 of the 5 built).
    This particular car carries the 'personal' / 'vanity' New York plate PSK 1. I thought that might just appeal to a certain Antipodean gentleman that frequents these forums ! ;)

    Clean lines ... would like to see other photos, but yep a very good plate! ;)

    My father owned a Series II Jensen Intercepter for many years and I thought it was a great car ... except for very poor fuel mileage. Very balanced and capable tourer.

    Hey, it's only been eight years since anyone asked on FC.chat about the Momo Mirage. I think I read where Mr. Kalikow built three of them before he pulled the plug, and may still own two. I was wondering what the one that he sold went for and what year was it sold? I agree with other critics that its lines seem awfully similar to the production Fiat 130 coupe two door coupe by Pininfarina and also that DeTomaso might have stolen the lines for the Longchamp. It seems that Kalikow got an education on building exotic cars at considerable expense but I applaud him for trying! What would the value of one be today? I think $140K but I know it would cost double that to build one from scratch. Still, it's a basically unknown entity...
