    What is modis? I saw the internet page but requires a password , is it for dealers ?

    Seems can see the production line there ?
    In case someone has the pass ?

    Marcel, one question if I may:

    Most of our north-american friends get a MODIS production sheet upon delivery of their Ferrari.

    I have never seen a MODIS sheet in Europe. Do customers in Europe also get MODIS sheets with their new car, or is it an exclusive feature of the north-american market?

    Also: if a client didn't get it upon delivery of the car, is the client available to request the MODIS sheet now? (in the case of my 458: car is approaching 6 years old - is there a time limit for such a request?)

    If I may: MODIS print out which is about one sheet of A4 can still be supplied for your car but some dealers are more helpful than others - for example in the UK it is often the service adviser who can be persuaded to help (it does not need to be the supplying dealer) - it is not given automatically with a new car (unlike the obligatory US window sticker) which in a way is why there is now the specification plaque inside them

    Wish Ferrari had some sort of a system in place, instead of having customers being completely dependant on the good will of another human being.
