    I picked up a 1988 book called "Dream Machines". It's filled with the various oddball customized exotics of the era.


    Mardikian from Newport Beach, and the 400i limo. It had a lead time of over a year, was stretched 75 inches, and was over 21 feet long. "The limousine's interior is fitted out in a style that is guaranteed to impress even a modern-day Al Capone: the interior is entirely upholstered in red velvet..."
