What's paint chip repair? Isn't that just "touch up paint"? I work in the collision industry & have never heard of paint chip repair. It requires conventional repairs with filling, sanding, priming & painting.
In the Dallas area the man to go to is Marshall Jaeger. For example I recently purchased a car that had a front license plate. Upon removal of the license plate holder there were 4 holes in the plastic bumper. Marshall filled them in, painted them with color match paint and you can't even spot where they were. All in less than 2 hours. I first met Marshall when I was in the motorcycle industry and he would repair chips and scratches on any painted part. That was in the mid 1990's and I have been going to him evert since.
