So I thought I was done with F cars. Well the itch you gotta scratch is back. Anyway, so I would probably like to get CarPlay, navigation use my phone, etc. Any recommendation on a system?

I'm not every sure Car Play is an option on a 10 Cali. Even if it is, I still recommend something like Waze, Google Maps or such on your phone. There's a thousand reasons why I love my Cali. The navi is not one is them! Compared to my 911, also a 2011, the Ferrari navi is laughable. I have only used the Cali's navi once in 4 years, when I got lost up near the Red River out of cell phone range. Good luck on the purchase...T

You can get an upgraded head unit from Ferrari that will have CarPlay.

Funny enough, I just bought a 2011 this afternoon. I agree with what everyone says, navigation and stereo suck big time.

I have a 2010 California. I lowered the bass as I could, but it is still way too high. Am I doing something wrong? Or are other people having the same issue? Thanks!

You're listening to the radio, that's your first mistake!

Welcome to F-chat. Post up some Cali pics.

Beautiful color. One of the nicest colors for the Cali, IMO.

    Tasty cakes! Congrats.

There are a few older threads related to the Cali radio. I find searching with Google typically more fruitful than via the F-chat app.

    or some such.

    Enjoy your new car...T

I updated my stereo in my 2012 California. It is a tough job. The entire bottom of the dash needs to cone out. There is a special connector needed to be able to use the existing steering wheel controls. I found evolution motor sports in Los Angeles who quoted me about 1/2 what other stereo shops did and they did a great job. Make sure you find someone that has done a California before. You don’t want to be the car they learn on...

Alonso is the owner. Really nice guy. It is a small shop, but they have great attention to detail. His number is 323-445-8187. Feel free to tell him Mike sent you from the California he recently did and see if he will give you a deal. Happy to answer any questions you might have as well.

I have a 2010 California, and the radio is fine, but the sound of the non turbo exhaust, and sharing the experience with friends is the best music of all.
