I was surfing a little today and stumbled on a website for the microcar musuem.

Has anyone ever been to this place, it looks really cool.

Might make for a nice road trip from Atlanta with a caravan of Ferrari's!

He did own those cars, last I heard he sold most of his fast cars.

I've been to the museum, very cool and worth going. It is actually "free" because the approximate 5 buck goes to the local humane society.

Yes. Bruce Weiner is the gentleman in question. At one time, he owned a red Enzo (128799), an orange McLaren, a red F50 and a red Murcielago - among who knows what else! The Enzo (128799) and the McLaren were both for sale, at the same time, at The Bimmer Store slash Lamborghini Atlanta slash Lotus of Atlanta slash...

Wow! I wish I had know about the McLaren I would have loved to seen it and orange is a great color for that car IMO.

    Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

Yeah, I am actually in Madison right now. I have family that lives here and I try visit twice a month. I have always wanted to go to the Double Bubble farms where he keeps his cars but I have never gone. He keeps about ten of them in a store downtown next to the Bank Of Madison Annex Building (brother-in-law works there). They are pretty amazing cars. Last year I saw an orange Murc. riding around town and assumed it was his. Never saw the McLaren.

I really don't think it's open on the weekends except by appointment, you may want to double check.
