    @curated is looking for any history on the MJ red TR, not the black 512. Figured some of us here might know key information about the car: place of sale, where it is now etc.

    My friend in Boston bought it from Rick Mancuso in Lake Forest, IL in 1991 trading in a red /blk 348 against it.. It was an 1987 red with cream interior and red carpets. I did see a photo of MJ driving another red TR but it had tan interior. So maybe he had 2. I know he sold the one my friend bought since it came with a jersey and basketball. MJ then bought the blk 512tr, it had gray leather which was very unusual.
