I'm local, i've personally been in his house, and that is not it. the google map is correct and it's in Bannockburn Il.

his house is sweet, but not what you'd expect from MJ...there are way better houses in the area.

Hate to be provocative, but the place has the appearance of a McMansion. Maybe supersized, but still the same, questionable appearance of much new construction, standard Smallbone kitchen shtick, etc.
Just on woodwork, alone, one can give it a patina that makes it look much more period, than something all shiny and new looking.
Not sour grapes on my part. Had a big house, circa 1911, that was real.

 

one of his shoes was designed after the 550 M, he is a big ferrari fan, and I am pretty sure he owns a few

 

I would love to see detailed pics of the two circled homes. Both look very interesting.

I'l back you up...whoever designed this heap had no idea what they were doing. It's one gigantic mistake. The client may be a great athlete but has WAY more money than taste....it's a common phenomenon.

It takes a lot more than knowing how to draw up and engineer a building to produce exceptional or even competent architecture, modern or traditional.

My understanding is the big one in the back is MJ's house (obviously), whereas the two smaller estates in the front are lived in by his mom and his sister.

I know MJ had his 993 Turbo S for sale while back. Color was Arena Red, very nice. I've also seen a pic when he played at Chicago with a red Maranello.

Last time I checked Michael had: black 575, black F430, Yellow AMV8, red 550 Barchetta, Gray DB9, Silver Porsche 959, Red 930 Slant nose, Blue CL600 w/Lorinser Kit, Silver CL600 w/Lorinser Kit, Yellow 550, Red 360 spider, Silver/Blue MV Agusta F4 1000, a couple Suzuki GSX-R's, 3 Range Rovers (Black, Burgundy, White), Still has a 90's Vette, there are more, I just can't remember them all. Last count was somewhere around 40 cars.

 

That is a nice diverse collection of cars and bikes he owns. I have a Jordan video here and it shows him driving to a home game for the Bulls in what looked like a black 512TR I think. I havent seen if for years, but I am sure it was that.

 

well beautiful house but too have much money seems missing taste.
all looks cold inside, only the exterior view to the lac is correct.

 

Like it except for the kitchen. It looks like someone's nighmare.
