My first time in Miami. What is a good position/grass/seat to see the gran premio at decent price?….please advise Ciao Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Honestly it really isn’t a good track for value/viewing. It’s basically a giant parking lot with no elevation changes. Not sure what your budget is but they are offering a three day “campus pass” for $305 if you just wanted to check it out on the cheap. Anything more and it gets real expensive fast for what it is. https://f1miamigp.com/tickets/campus-pass/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid-search&utm_campaign=grandstand&utm_content=164107979932&utm_term=miami%20grand%20prix%20campus%20pass&ad=690826799260&src=g&utm_location=9012035&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA6KWvBhAREiwAFPZM7qluHlZcM_n01gN_79xWTBQVCNyspSwOAYMOtfvyKAYhsmW8CO6UjBoCy9oQAvD_BwE Did you want to see the race or also do the whole VIP thing? If you give a little more info I’m sure you’ll get specifics
This is good information. Thank you. I was in Austin last year, nice overall, they didn’t check the pass so much, so we were able to sit in different spots. There is no such thing as the perfect chair, you always miss something, instead I was surprised by some grass spots where the view was quite good. So I’m not going to spend much but I want to see the race....with the $350 ticket can I see the race? ... any other suggestions?…any grass/less expensive spots to suggest?….ciao Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Former Haas F1 chief Steiner to be Miami GP ambassador Former Haas Formula 1 team principal Guenther Steiner has become an ambassador for the upcoming Miami Grand Prix. Steiner, who has been living in the United States for two decades and has a composites business there, has become a household name thanks to his colourful appearances on F1 Netflix series Drive to Survive. He now looks set to stay a figurehead for the series even without an active role in one of the teams. “Guenther has become a household name with F1 fans of all ages and is a perfect ambassador for our race,” said Miami GP president Tyler Epp. "He embodies the competitive spirit of the sport and has a clear vision of what F1 in America can be. "Having someone with his experience, reputation and candour attached to our event will undoubtedly add to the excitement and elevate race weekend to a new level." https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/former-haas-f1-chief-steiner-to-be-miami-gp-ambassador/10592226/
Sorry for the late reply. If you get the $305 dollar ticket special there are a handful of areas that you can see the track but they are standing room only. You are also free to walk around to try and find different vantage points but you'll have to fight your way thru the crowd. All the designated viewing seats are in the grandstands and start at thousands of dollars and up. If I was going I'd just get the $305 GA ticket pass. I'm not into impressing people I don't know by paying exorbitant prices for a parking lot track and I don't care for anything "VIP". Before I spent that kind of money I'd fly to see SPA, COTA or Montreal.
