Sad to see this morning...all eyebrow "Maserati" signage has been removed, all cars, etc. are out of the showroom. Bummer if you need to have your Quattroporte, etc. serviced- guess you'll have to fight traffic over to the westside or down south.

Not too surporised, given the economy...just too bad. The R-R's, Bentley's and Porsche's up on Colorado Blvd. just aren't as interesting...

I believe that dealership is owned by Ferrari of Beverlyhills.

Yeah I drove by there last Sunday and was surprised to see it empty... a sad reflection of the economy.

Just this January when I went for a test drive with them, I was told that they would extend the facility to bring Ferraris in as well. They were hoping to buy the space behind currently owned by Plati German car service as a self sufficient Maserati service center. I guess it did not work out.

Well maybe they are expanding like the previous person said. When I drove by all of the cars were gone but all of the signs, desks, paintings and the 333sp hood were all still in place. But, I never saw anyone in there except for Eva Longoria filming her TV show. So it's either closed for expansion or for good

I noticed that the other day but never thought someone would start a thread about it. That whole area, businesses are dropping like flies.

Gordon Biersch gone, as well as the theater underneath, Hooters, Rice Zen, etc.

Lake Ave. seems to be doing better, but of course the rent is a lot cheaper there, I'd imagine.

    Wonder how Rusnak is doing...

The theater is reopening s golden classics iirc, there will be another restaurant in the gordon space pending a lease swap agreement. Lake is doing ok, I am always at Wahoos and I still can't find a place to park. I hope old town does not revert to the mid 90's status of crime and abandoned buildings. I hear victoria's secret is looking to move. they are one of the worst underperforming stores in the region.

hooters had turned in to el monte/whittier if you know what i mean. lots of sharopie'd eyebrows and big guys acting like fools. almost got in to a fight there about a year ago.

Rusnak is a very large client of ours and they're doing quite well, overall.
