This for one....http://www.supertraxmag.com/features/chaparral-snowmobiles-first-ifs/n3145 Bobby also help develop the side pod under wings on his 1981 Penske PC9B
On that note....I've been wonderin' fer a while now whether li'l Al ran his drink tube to his tanks..... Aww, never mind, that's methanol, not ethanol. 'Works better in the engine than in the body, eh?
And you actually have first hand, real life experience to back up your comments. Good on you. (Mrs. Rosso and I both really felt for you guys at Mid Ohio by the way.)
We were the overall winners at IMSA Mid-Ohio. Do you mean MoSport? (was leading a race at MoSport/Canadian Tire Motorsports Park about 4 weeks ago and got taken out)... but thank you for the support! On a side note... that weekend I was racing against Jarrett Andretti (Marco's cousin), and right after the race he had to leave before the podium to catch a plane to Indy where he was running in Indy Lights. Funny enough the MoSports back straight is called "the Andretti Straight". I dont know them personally but from my brief interactions with Jarrett (maybe 10 races with him) he was a very nice young man and is a very good driver in his own right.
D’Ohh!! You’re right of course. I was thinking Mosport. Senior moment, I guess. And now that I think of it, didn’t Trent have a tire go out in the Blancpain at VIR? That might also have been the one I was thinking. He was having a great run up until then.
Yes we had 4 tire blow outs at VIR. Defective tire batch from pirelli for our tire size. It was happening Worldwide for that tire size form that batch of tires. They identified and corrected it, but it wrecked our weekend/year in SRO/Pirelli GT4
