Just found it the papers from Ferrari, that they put in 10w-60.
This could have an influence in my mind. My oil pressure is at a more.or less constant 7,5 bar (3/4 of the way to max), and is like this more or less at anything but idle.
Higher than manual states it should be, and waaaay higher that the 'oil doctor' states in then above linked thread.

Any experience running that? I just ordered 0w-40 to get down to the region recommended by Ferrari, and what just makes sense for a street driven car in Scandinavian climates

5W-40 and 0W-40 work fine, just like Ferrari recommends for street use.

I just did this exact change, I went from 10w60 to 0w40. My oil pressure did decrease significantly. When warmed up, at idle with 10w60 I was always around 50-60psi. Now with 0w40 I'm less than 30, usually around 20-25 so cut in half.

I will add a caveat though that my oil pressure sender was faulty when I was running 10w60, but I bench tested that it was reading accurately at low rpms.

I did not however see any difference in oil temperature.
