    bought a 348 spider from an insurance co. car came out of washington state . would really like to locate previous owner just to know service history. if anyone knows an owner from washington that wrecked the car earlier this year i would really appreciate some contact info. car is a 94 348 spider. red tan interior. had damage to front lower bumper, both driver wheels and lower rocker panel. 27800 miles. if this car sounds familiar to anyone please contact me. looks like its just had an engine out service but would really just like to know for sure.carfax looks like the car was originally in virginia then washington state. my name is john. thanks if anyone can help

    no, it is 2ffrg43a2r0098090. i bought it from copart graham washington. it was titled in washington but i see it had some service at silicon valley ferrari. it may have been a california car that was titled in washington for some reason. the car is perfect. i can tell it was owned by someone who really cared, someone out must know the car

    SJ - I too am looking at this car for sale in Oakland, but they wont let me do a PPI...

    Yeah I got the same reply from them. Refused to let me test drive or PPI.

    No, I am in NJ and haven't seen the car...I was willing to wire the full amount of what they were asking to hold in escrow pending a satisfactory PPI. They told me the ask was in addition to a VIN etching and a LoJack system....I thanked him for the laugh and returned back from 1985.

    I used to own ZFFRG43A2R0096808. Was a great 1994 348 Spider for me for like 18 years. I traded it in on a F430 at Ferrari of San Francisco last year.
