If your interests in hands-on work expand, maybe a shop area and 4-post lift.

I’m not much of a mechanic and the garage door height is a little problematic for a lift

Is the concrete "clear sealed"? If not, would be worth putting a high-end epoxy (not the crap from Home Depot) down.

Thank you. Honestly, not sure if it is cleared sealed or whatever that means but definitely going to put something nice on the floor for sure just a matter of what

Yes of course. I was just teasing, it’s beautiful.

How about changing to a side mount garage door opener if you’re looking to change something? You’ll need to have a receptacle put in where the opener mounts. I just put in 3 side mount openers and they all have an automatic deadbolt.

I was seriously considering changing to a side mount, but not sure how much value it would add if the garage door is typically closed

Love your garage space. It looks clean and organized. I could spend hours in there washing and working on my cars.

One thing that you might consider is the glass in the roll up door. Would you consider putting in the glass that can become clear or tinted / frosted at the flip of a switch? I am sure it would let in more light during the day and still give you the privacy when you want it. Some airplanes are now using this instead of the older styled pull down blinds. Could be expensive but the cool factor might also weigh in the decision.

I am in the process of getting a quote to change those to completely transparent instead of frosted, but I will see what the cost would be to enable them to turn on and off with the switch, and also look at different options for different kinds of doors. I find myself spending hours there. Given the location of the areathere’s not much concern for privacy, so not sure if it would be worth the added cost to get them to change like that, but keep the ideas coming

    Nice garage!

Yeah, do something fancy with the floor.

Maybe put a wall of nice storage cabinets somewhere (at least I never seem to have enough storage).

Put in fancy lighting and paint the ceiling.

    Beautiful garage and house Scott!
One idea I had is maybe getting a set of go jacks then you could maneuver the cars around in the garage and maybe find a way to fit 3 in.

LED lights on a dimmer, stained concrete floor, store all the stuff you can in the elevator room, move the Porsche inside with rolling jacks in that space as mentioned. I would not do clear garage panels with your neighbors so close. Also put LED bulbs in the garage door opener to match. Great vehicles.

There are a million things you can do but what is your goal?

more cars? Better esthetics? More functional? Hard to give advice without knowing all the details/desires.

Get rid of that ugly station wagon with the Ferrari badge, other than that, your garage is beautiful !! How can you stand to look at that thing when you have so many other Ferraris to choose from ? lol

First thing I would do is get rid of those garage door openers, and mount jackshaft/side winders. Would really clean up the ceiling and give the feeling of more space.

Nice. I like the floor drain in your garage and the water softener system.
