So, when Kevork did my PPI early last year he told me that I would have trouble getting the car smogged since my cats were worn out. He said that he spent hours fiddling with the car to get it to pass. He also said that I should just throw away the existing cats and get new ones, which of course, he could provide. I declined and decided to wait for the next smog inspection to see what would happen. Well that inspection was today at a test only station and . . . . the car passed the first time without any fiddling with the engine whatsoever. Every number was well within tolerance. All the worry that I had for the past few weeks that the smog test would be a big can of worms was unnecessary. At least the "butcher" is consistent!!

 

I leave in the valley (la crescenta) and drive to FX performance on the west side (405 and the 10).
They do all my service and just did a 30k service, I have only nice thing to say about them.
Very professional and never try to charge for BS stuff.
They even adjust my clutch for free any time I need, and when they did my 30k service also did a free ecu tuned for free (that's $2500 anywhere else).

I spoke with Hank recently. All I can tell you at this time is that the sh&t is going to hit Kevork's fan very soon.

I heard from a reliable source that Kevork is no longer on the FCA board and has resigned as track chairman. I just renewed my FCA dues as a result of this news.
