    Hey guys:
I'm getting the itch for a Mondial, not sure why, I regret selling my 328, but love my 599...so kind of want back in the 308 families.. but never had had a Mondial. I want a Mondial Coupe - has to be a coupe.

So if anyone is thinking of selling etc... let me know. Can't say that I'm going to jump right in... but I'm kicking the can. PM me here with your contact info and I'll be in touch.

    what I'm looking for:
Not afraid of higher mileage cars nor 2V Mondial. I think the sweet spot is 84 - 85 QV engine or even 86 +.
As for color - Silver is best, black or Blue... Red a possibility. Here's what matters to me:
interior intact and to cut up or ripped
Latest Cambelts & valves done in last 5-8K miles or in last 4 - 5years.
Compression test mandatory, need numbers to be good...
Stock wheels, Books, and papers - as much documentation as possible for service etc...
Tools, and jack etc... all need to be there if you want a good number.
bodywork to be intact with no or minimal rust - scrapes & dings ok.

Not looking for a project... or garage queen.... just something to play with.... maybe.

    Thanks
    Tom

I love my QV because I can fix anything on it. Euro so no smog or convertors. installed nicks ignition so no more digiplex boxes. need to change belts take off the right rear tire. Need to replace the clutch take off the left rear tire. It don't get any easier. I bought mine to wear it out. So far so good

A 3.2 Coupe would be amazing, getting very hard to fine though here in the states! Good luck on your search!

Its more if it happens - then I'll get into one.... not really actively searching... seen a couple but they have been really rough.

I agree took me almost two years to find my 83 QV coupe in red and tan. I really just didn’t want any other color.

If you find a good one and test drive it you are most likely going to go from I think to I want. Good luck in your search.

I had a silver 1987 Mondial back some 34 years ago and still miss it. Would love one in burgundy.

    I have a 89 T Coupe red/tan. 44k miles
Belts are about 5 years old. - but its in good shape - been in storage last few years.
have most of the records since new .. all original
I currently have it in Charlottesville VA. I have too many cars ..and need to sell a few!

IMHO, the power steering and adjustable dampers make the T well worth the upgrade. I had a 88 , but got sucking into a T Coupe. and loved the T updates so much - I purchased another ! ( have a white / red cab)
