How many people have experience with LoJack Systems? In the recovered thread, there is a bad experience. Is this the exception or the rule?

Talking to LoJack, they said they were in 23 states. Most of the East Coast. Little in the mid-west. Then CA, Washington state, not Oregon, Arizona, etc. Most major city areas where a car is likely to be stolen or sold/chopped.

They said that they supplied the equipment so the police department did not have to buy it.

Fees were a one time cost of $695. No monthly fees. Recommend checking the equipment every two years at a cost of $69. They give you an ID card with a number. This number allows one to activate the LoJack without having the title.

    Has anyone else had problems?

    Are there any better systems?

    Thanks, Dave
