    Looking for a recommendation for a literary agent in the New York Area who handles the thriller/suspense genre. I've written a book, have submitted to a few but can't seem to get any traction. If you know an agent, or can otherwise recommend one to me, I'd be most appreciative. And if any of you ARE an agent, I'm happy to submit a sample.

    You will probably get better results if you post this in the Silver subscribed section. There are a few publish authors on Fchat, I suspect that they would at least provide some advice, but Other Off Topic is a pretty inactive subforum. Most off topic discussions seem to happen in the subscribed areas.
