So I want to build an awesome dedicated game room for racing games. Anybody have some pics of theirs ? I'd like some CF covered furniture and some display cases and some artwork
I think I just came up w a great idea Since just having 2 race seats w steering wheels in the middle of the living room is sort of fugly I'm going to have a custom burlwood table made that covers the 2 chairs w a top that flips up vertical behind chairs when I want to race, like a SuperAmerica roof Sounds like a winner & better looking than CF furniture
I have a pair of playseats in black & blue cloth. Did you have yours reupholstered in black or did it come that way ? They work well but not the prettiest thing in the living room. I think I will design a nice table to cover them when they are folded so I dont have to look at ugly playseats when I'm not gaming
I found the perfect carbon fibre speakers for your room! http://www.hemagazine.com/Carboton_Maitresse http://www.carboton.com/ Only $50k Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The came black. If i had the money, and i used them a lot more i'd probably get them recovered in alcantara.
You're headset looks like a make-shift Club LOL Don't let anyone steal your ride when you have the Microsoft Club.
I ordered a Playseat for Christmas and it came in Alcantara. Very nice. I'm quite happy with my set up, it has a bracket for the TV too. The only problem is that the TV came with the package and it is crap. Like, SERIOUS retention time (ghosting). I'll need to buy a proper screen. But I love the G25 steering wheel with the gearbox. I shift myself, old school, and that gives the whole experience an extra dimension. Onno
Here is a walk through of my arcade/pinball collection, I have about 60 games and have done all the restorations. The two holy grails in the collection are the first and second arcade video games ever made (Computer Space / Pong). http://www.retrogamingroundup.com/videos/scottarcadewalkthrough.htm
The Girlfriend said i was a loser for watching the whole video but that didn't stop me. Awesome Arcade!! I remember seeing the computer space game in the movie Soylent Green as a child. Thanks for sharing.
