    looks great - ive been thinking about doing mine.
    Did you have to use any special primer on the plastic lens?
    and did you take the lights out to paint?

    Lights out to paint.
    Paint shop did it - don't know their method - inexpensive.
    Maybe does not suit all colours but dark colours works well.

    THAT's where I've seen those wheels before; the 550 Barchetta. I couldn't recall, so thanks.

    Yeah, they are, "mucho mas macho" than the stock wheels, though I may go with a set of the 14 spoke BBS wheels eventually. I like how the spokes remind me of old wire wheels, and also how the spokes go out to the edge of the rims. They fill out the wheel wells very well, IMO.

    Here's a pic of a British RHD 456M with those wheels (I flipped the pic so it looks LHD).

    When I saw that combo - Rossa Corsa with Shields - I knew that's what I wanted.

    I've been tempted, but I think your point about perhaps not suiting all shades is correct. If someone could photoshop a grigio ingrid example, that could help my unimaginative mind decide.

    This pic is from a local Cars and Coffee recently. A nice shot of Rosso Corsa.
    This car happens to be for sale on Auto Trader right now. I don't know the individual. Have seen the car from across an intersection, has a nice presence. If someone has interest and wants eyes on it, I'm fairly close.
