Hi Taz. Yes, that was me and that is my car. I Bought it from Michael Sheehan 5 years ago. I Thought the Fronts were 11" based on some wrong info I had back then. They are actually 9s on the front (255x35x19 Tires) and 13's on the rear (355x25x19 Tires).

BTW thanks for all the great info and knowledge you have shared on these great cars.

    George

George- That makes more sense and is the same size tires I have. She still looks great.

Looks great with what I assume are F430 wheels. If those were wider, I would have put them on my car. Nice subtle racing stripe, too.

Yes forgot to add details. It's wrap not paint. The stripe is to hide the join in the centre of the hood as there wasn't a piece of vinyl big enough, so I copied the 599 idea but kept it subtle in matt black, pleased with that. 430 wheels ball polished. Calipers now painted yellow. Here's some pic of the wrapping in process. And one of my 355 challenge race car. It's England, so it's wet.

It's also been lowered about 12mm as when the 19's go on the car looks jacked up unless you lower the whole set up.

The guys that do it with the novitec 19's did it for me, Scuderia systems here in Egham. But the 430 wheels cost me £1200 new, the similar novitecs were over £5000.

It's wearing winter tyres, over here you need them..

Thanks for kind remarks. Got offered £25k. Pulled the history file. Original invoice £149,999. Bills from Maranello Ferrari £75,000. £225,000 of other peoples money. 40k miles. Or spend £5k. Have a new $m exotic, drive it often. Stop traffic in London, park outside The Ritz for free. Or buy a BMW .... No brainer.. Keep her..

Interesting that Novitec modded the black 456M we have been seeing all these years. We had been unable to confirm that with Novitec Rosso in Germany. Several 456 owners have expressed interest in the covered headlights if they are still available.

I remember how wet it was from six years in East Anglia for the USAF. Went out to the garage and picked up a cardboard box and the bottom fell out. That is wet.

Both the 456 and 355 race cars look very well kept.

Wrap looks very nice. Would never have guessed from the photographs.

So, even the 456 looks great in the hands of the right person. Your 456 looks fantastic. I don't even have to say anything about the 355.....except Wow!

The wrap was to test the concept. Will have full repaint windows out in black metallic ( the latest one I have seen on a 430 GT3 looks fabulous). The stripe will go back on in vinyl as I have fallen in love with it. Then I am going to retrim as in this picture of 612 cross stitch, the headlining, rear parcel shelf everything as 612, add 612 vents, 612 style headrests and a 430 steering wheel trimmed to match. Will carbon dip the metal bits in centre console. Get as close to this look as possible.

First 2 pics are 612, the last is 456 in same colour. Some will think I am spoiling the original and that's a valid point of view, mine is that I am bringing a nearly 20 year old supercar bang up to date.

The diffusers on the 456 race car are custom made, but a little bit unsubtle for a road car. Studying the novitec pic it looks like they are fitted between the spoiler and the body, I assume the spoiler movement is then shut down. Shouldn't be too hard for anyone handy in Grp to build.
