Their record over the last decade + deserves serious respect.

 

2nd place Aston in GTE Pro just off. Setting up a potential Ferrari 1,2,3,4.

 

Sad to see the DeltaWing go like that,

But, go Audi!

 

Anybody have a good stream they can link? Thanks in advance. I've tried some of the others but can only find recordings now.

 

Speed channel?

 

I dont have cable anymore, so no Speed. I tried their site but it's the Corvette feed, and is only showing the pit cam right now. Thanks though!

EDIT: I've been watching the Audi TV feed but was hoping for the regular coverage.

 

Looks like they really can stick a fork in Scott Tucker's level 5 team with the breakage happing with the prince onboard . And Brian Vickers turns a Ferrari into a rolling BBQ !

 

.....and Level 5 is done due to running out of fuel.

PR guy did his best to spin it a bit, but that is extremely embarrassing.

 

Of course ! I think his PR guy is whom inserted the "He has given racing so much more than he's gotten from it : into the autoweek creampuff article.

Np. have been watching it here in singapore since last night and it hasn't shut down once. should be good to go for the rest of the race.

not as good as being there last year, but i've been enjoying reliving it through TV.

 

I'm still working on convincing my wife to go one year. We streamed the race through my phone on our drive home from Las Vegas today. It's bed time now so I'll watch for a little bit and set an alarm to catch the finish.

 

^ Trust me, here's how you work that one: you want to go to a B&B in the Loire Valley for a romantic getaway / early anniversary celebration. There will be wonderful food and incredible wine in a picturesque setting. Oh, honey, I also just so happened to notice that the 24 Hours are on nearby in the same weekend we penciled in for the getaway. I could hit Le Mans for a day while you relax at a nearby hotel. After that we can rent a car and drive to the Normandy coast, Mt. St. Michel, etc.

And I would recommend 2014 as the date. The new unrestricted engine formula will be in effect and Porsche will back to LMP1 for the first time since the GT1 days. I'm planning on going back then.

 

Things are going fine now and those audi's sure look incredible but I just can't wait to see what 2014 brings! Hopefully this new freedom will result in innovative new solutions.
