    Looks like rear main seal is wet? The top red circle is that is.

    On the gear box side there is an o-ring part number 131736 also according to the parts diagram. one or 2 others, but not in that area. I suspect it is the rear main seal. http://www.my348.com/348.html#rearmainseal. Not may things there. Seal on one side and o-ring on the other. Replace them both? They are pretty cheap. I think there are some posts out here on that, I know Ernie did his.

    Hello

    I think I had the same leak.
    I replaced the main seal but I think the leak came from the crank/cover assembly.

    When you are in that deep, you change the RMS, the seal for the RMS carrier, the gearbox O-rings.

    Indeed I did every thing back in 2019 but who knows maybe some thing slipped on install
