need nice to very nice hotel and restaurant recommendations.
what is the approx midweek hotel rates?
considering 19 yr old daughter will be with us we also need good basic restaurant choices as she is happy with a burger/fries or mac n cheese.

My wife and our16 year old daughter just returned from a three day night stay in Las Vegas.
We stayed at the Four Seasons which is incorporated into the Mandalay Bay Hotel.
It does not have a casino and is an oasis from the usual hurdy gerdy Vegas noise and sometimes difficult people in other places.
    Service is excellent.
Most of the fine dining restaurants are closed due to the pandemic.
There are good places open but would strongly suggest you pick them and get reservations in advance as they still have limitations on how many people they can seat at a time. We did Joes's Crab and Bouchon which were both very good. Bouchon sits outside and inside but outside is preferable for dinner at this point.
There are plenty of average restaurants with decent food in the various centers like Caesar's and the Venetian.

Bellagio and Wynn are both good choices. They are very large hotels so don't be surprised if you see lines everywhere including check-in.
They have good rooms at decent prices at today's rates but can't guess what they will be in May, especially if Vegas opens up further from the pandemic. The location of Bellagio is a little better as more centrally located on the strip, with Wynn being farther north.
Four Seasons is to the south and a very hefty walk to either Bellagio or Wynn. You will want to take cabs if you stay there especially if the temps go up a lot. It was mid 80's when we were there.

    Have a great time!

Completely agree. 4 Seasons is excellent, quiet, and no gambling. Also 4 seasons is non- smoking but more LV hotels are moving in this direction. The Park just reopened as non-smoking on the property.

Between Bellagio and Wynn I would say Bellagio by a hair IF you get a fountain view room. IMO the Bellagio has better restaurants and its a short walk to the Cosmo, Caesar's forum shops, and Linq. Unfortunately almost all the shows in Vegas are still closed. They are supposed to open one Cirque show a month the rest of the year starting in May.
