Kane&Co. (the company who built the model above) is (in)famous for building fantasy editions of real cars so this is just a false alarm as they built this spider version of the LaFerrari with their pure imagination
You speak from ignorance. My family has been supporting Ferrari since the 1950's (via Chinetti in the beginning). What about you? Ferrari knows where it's bread is buttered as the expression goes. 3 generations now
All I'm saying is that it doesn't make you superior to anyone else. There are many ways to support something whether it's a child buying a small Ferrari toy or a 90 year old still getting excited by the sound of a Ferrari. I'm sure a trust fund helps in terms of ownership but not everyone has those luxuries in their lives.
Apologies for saying that. I'm not sure why I'm so lippy lately. I would probably be feeling frustrated with the allocation process as well if I was in your position.
'What could it be'??? A LaFerrari on test, of course. I believe you should have a minimal clue that it could be a spider before posting it here. Otherwise, you're just contributing to spreading highly dubious rumours. And unless you have a story behind the picture, which, believe me, I would love to hear, what we see here is a normal LaFerrari with a wrong colour bumper but apparently pretty much standard roof area.
Standard roof area yes.. flaps at the diffusor missing. And I higly doubt this is a standard Laferrari. Production has ended why would they ride around maranello with a car that is already in the customer hands a long long time
I do know that some of the development mules have been sold and needed to be fettled to be roadworthy, albeit they can never be driven on the street, so just maybe.....
and i know who bought them. they are not for keeps as one of the suits working that floor in mayfair offered it in about 3 mins of car talk.
who are these guys and how do they get funding for all they do? They miss point that collectors with the entire set dont do it just to get future allocations. They do it because theyre collectors and its their hobby. Btw my neighbor has the full set and got turned down for laf coupe
This looks suspicious given that this has no wheels, or mirrors. Possibly a clay model of the car? Also hard to tell, but there seems to be a less aggressive diffuser at the rear as there is no presence of the two vertical elements beside the rear fog light, at the bottom. Seems likely, given that the 599 SA had the less aggressive 599 GTB rear bumper/diffuser but still had the GTO front bumper. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
