As far as replicas are concerned, I've seen a lot worse.

This said, I've always felt the overwhelming majority of replicas are like fake model badges. For the people that *really* care, they would know it's fake, and that's exactly the opposite angle you're going for.

But if it makes the owner proud and happy - hey - that's all that matters. What other's think is moot.

That is the best looking 355 replica I’ve ever seen. *I hate replicas.

 

Thanks to Miami Vice, I am actually almost as excited seeing a well built McBurnie Daytona Spyder as I am seeing a Maranello built 365GTS/4.
A 365GTS/4 would always be a true blue chip collector, but thanks to that show, even the TV car being a fake, the real thing gets a further boost for Generation X and younger Baby Boomer collectors.
