Totally congrats--my first Ferrari ever was a Pozzi 360 (2000). If you decide to do a rear challenge grill (which virtually everyone supports because it lowers engine compartment temps) you may wish to consider painting it body color--I think it looked great, and I can forward you photos if you are interested (please PM me).

Pozzi is like flat black--it shows EVERY scratch, swirl, etc. Just FYI.

I know of that car as I had looked at it quite seriously last Fall when it was for sale by another specialty dealer in the area there.

I did find that the car was very well cared for and the services were up to date.

    The seller knew the owner.

It was the mileage that kept me back from the purchase.

I think, however, that it is a very nice car with very classy color combo.

    Good luck and enjoy.

    You'll love the 6 speed.

Hetold me a friend of his owned a dealership and he tried selling it there first last fall/winter. I found a few adds for the car at the dealer when I did a good search for pozzi blue 360's. It was in the 117-127 range dependingon the add....which is high even for a dealer for 26k miles (I think)...I got it for considerably less than that thankfully.

My main requirement for a 360 was a 6 speed. I talked to a lot of people and everyone seemed to love the 6 speed more...everyone has their preference however.

"Hetold me a friend of his owned a dealership and he tried selling it there first last fall/winter"

I believe this is true. It was actually listed at $127K by this independent dealer who I felt was being very honest about the car in all respects.

It's a beautiful color combo and a nice car.

I looked at a 2001 Pozzi/tan at Family Classic Cars in San Juan Capistrano in early December. Nice car, 12K miles, but had the F1 and the H/L glass was blurred towards the top about 1.5" on each side. They said that the detailer could get that out! Not!

They wanted too much for it, they would not replace the H/L glass, and they are still trying to get @ $150K for it.

    They are smoking somerthing!

BTW, I hope Foreign Cars Italia is not charging you much for the PPI. I thought that they did all the services including the 15K! They should know the car well.

Good luck with yours. It's very nice and you'll love the 6 speed.

Greg -- purely out of curiosity, why did the mileage keep you back from the purchase? What's wrong with a 26k mile car?

I called and passed on this car because they said it had been repainted... The story they gave me was the wife had keyed the whole car in a fit of rage, but I would look very hard to find evidence of an accident...

Great car, hope you enjoy it! I think that is one of the best colors for the 360.

The PPI should show evidence of an accident correct? Would you guys get the compression/leak down test done also, or just a basic PPI?

I was told the front of the car had been repainted only...for rock chips in the paint.
