I posted this pic below while a ago from Autoweek the Worst Top-10 Fuel Economy Cars of 2005.

Coming @ #8, Ferrari 360 Modena Coupe / Spider / Challenge in 6-Speed Manual (wait, I thought there's no 6-speed manual Challenge Stradale?)

Anyways, Autoweek says 11/16 MPG. Here is a personal MPG test of my own:

252.80 miles on 21.068 Gallons, thus my car is averaging 11.99924 Miles Per Gallon

Well.. I guess Autoweek is right on the money on this one. I do drive this 360 quite aggressively so I would assume a manual 360 would average 13~15 MPG if nice on the throttle.

Just my little observation & 0.02 :) FYI I have a Tubi on my 360.

Any F-Car owners test out this MPG thingy on their cars?

You might get better performance out of it if you stopped driving 25 mph through town looking for your reflection in store front windows...

My last half tank (160 miles) came in at about 15-16 MPG. Over half of this was freeway, getting to/from a weekend drive. The drive was moderately spirited, but also had a lot of low to mid RPM's even in 2nd gear due to slow traffic.

P.S. it wouldn't matter if the mileage was better or worse.

P.P.S. I think my last P-car ran 11-15 MPG too.

On an F-1 with all city driving or sport driving, it got below 10, but that's just me.

15~16 mpg on CS, wow.. really impressed. I wouls assume getting less than 12mpg on my regular 360 because i redline it alot :)

I just saw your profile and you have a 04 TT Cab. Nice ride! May I ask the color? Tip or 6-speed? X50? Pix?

    Thanks!

Yeah, that's the best I would ever expect. More likely 11-13'ish most of the time.

Guards red, black interior, aluminum trim, 6-speed, ... and gone.

I averaged 17.8 mpg coming back from Monterey in August. I did the 322 miles in 4 hours & 8 minutes. On the other hand I've averaged 9.5 mpg on some of our spirited runs. Just depends on if you're running 4,000 rpm or 8,500 rpm.

I have been getting 16-17 in my 430 in normal driving. Spend any time driving hard and it drops precipitously.

I think all of your Ferrari's are getting better gas mileage than my Escalade. I drove it up north a month ago from LA and I had fill it twice each way. I ready to sell the damn thing
