June 2007 Cars and Coffee PA Edition

Just seeing this thread for the first time.....WOW....i am speechless. So many people posting in here i call (great) friends. So many memories. And the cars. THE CARS! Holy crap i forgot about some of these....Jon in DE's Yellow 360...Alan's 7 series...Drew's 996 Turbo...Marc's Camper-Thingy. Even a photo of me with a "little" bit of hair getting out of my Honda S2000.

Thanks for putting all these photos up and for getting the thread started. I am ALL ABOUT a reunion/banquet/roast. Heck, lets make it a car show or tie it in with a current one. Would be really fun to have a few people speak....slideshows...and drink something other than coffee with all you guys!!!

 

We could do an event at the Simeone museum? I could talk to them tomorrow about what it would cost to rent the place for an evening

 

That would be awesome! So many great friendships spawned from this spontaneous idea called cars and coffee . A slideshow would be AWESOME Jon In Delaware

Well I didn't want to post anything until we had everything squared away, but since you asked!...I was able to book the event at the Simeone Museum!!!!! Unfortunately, the first date offered didn't work, so I am still banging out a lot of the details.

The good news is that Jon Walton's company and my law firm will sponsor the event, which will include renting the museum, etc. It appears the cost per person will be around $50 but I am still finalizing menu items and what that will include. I am waiting for a phone call back to secure the exact date, but we are looking for December-January and it will likely be on a week night. Jon and I have some great fun in store, but most importantly, this event is to celebrate the 10ish great years of C&C and to also share all of our appreciation for the original OG's, without whom any of this would have been possible.

I will post more specifics under a new thread before the week is out.

Cars and coffee is forever changing. Still amazes me to look back and see how much it has actually changed. Some faces in here is haven't seen in awhile. And I still miss seeing Ed H. 599 GTO and F40 combo. Love those cars
