What's a good source of non soy planted based protein powder ? Also, ISO 100 has no cholesterol.

Has anyone used a Ninja to juice ? I plan to start but hesitate because I dont wanna be starving all day

Best protein powder on the market and what I use in all my juice bars is sun warrior raw vegan protein. Its derived from pea, hemp, and cranberry. I also carry a hemp only protein from ojio but honestly i'd stick with sun warrior its the hands down best.

Mike, did you detox i.e. Have headaches, nausea, loose stools etc?

Thanks for the info as I'm interested to add juicing to daily diet as well.

Anything that is a 100% plant based will contain no cholesterol. Try vega proteins. It's a line started by / advocated for by a triathlete called Brendan Brazier. It's all plant based proteins.

"Fasting" is just starving yourself. Serves no purpose at all.

Juice Fast? This is bad for you.

No, juice cleanses are most certainly not bad for you, quite the opposite. How on earth can it be bad for you to alkalize your body by flushing it and infusing the cells with high doses of enzymes, nutrients, and phytochemicals? Not to mention the benefits alone from what is being left out of the typical diet.

Actually, no... I saw and felt no bad effects whatsoever, except being hungry, not because I was 'hungry' but because I wanted something 'solid' in my stomach.
